Přemek Forejt — Proč Ne

There is no doubt that Přemek Forejt knows how to please even the most demanding palates, they proudly say in Entreé Restaurant. His previous experience includes the L’Autre Pied, a London restaurant which boasts a Michelin star, as well as Brno’s KOISHI restaurant specialising in sushi and fish which won first prize in Maurer’s GRAND RESTAURANT poll. Today he’s a rockstar chef and a man behind the concept of a successful Entreé Restaurant and a judge in a popular TV show Masterchef.

We created a series of portraits of Přemek for his 8-page interview as well as cover page in Proč Ne magazine, a lifestyle part of Hospodářské noviny.

For this series we used both digital and film material and only available light as we prefer to focus on working with the person. The photo on cover page was shot on a 65 years old Leica M3, developed and scanned by Martin. We feel this approach gives the same personal touch to the photos as Přemek puts in his artistic delicacies.
